UPDATE: I have gone with my gut instinct and turned UKSoccerShop down. Let’s hope I don’t regret it!

I have received a takeover offer from UKSoccerShop, and I need to decide whether to accept asap, preferably by tomorrow.
It would involve relocating the site to http://bolton.uksoccershop.com, and losing many of the things that I have spent since June sorting out - the looks, the membership system, the whole thing really.
However, I do feel it could be better in the long run.
Please let me know immediately, as I need to decide soon. And your opinions will be good evidence to use if I need to stand up to them.
