Two first half goals from Kieran Richardson and Kenwyne Jones, and a stoppage time strike from Daryl Murphy beat Bolton this afternoon to hand them their 4th successive defeat away from the Reebok, despite a 30-yard fluke from Diouf just before half time.
It is rather obvious that we are winning all our home games but losing our away games, but this doesn’t seem to have a valid reason behind it. Sunderland were in poor form and if the game had been at the Reebok it wouldn’t be too optimistic to expect a comfortable home win, but at the moment you just expect Bolton to lose every away game.
I would tell you if a club had actually come on to me, or if the chairman told me a club had come on to him.
But at the moment it just seems to be things that are in the papers and in the media that you have to cope with.
Nobody at Bolton Wanderers wants Nicolas Anelka to go anywhere, and I mean nobody.
If Nic isn’t of the same opinion, then we will have to deal with that as and when. But we are not at that point yet.
